What do I need to begin?

Sign up, connect Ovianta to your clinic-management software through our app, and, if you plan to use voice agents, link your phone system.

How long does onboarding take?

A single clinic can go live in as little as one week. Larger groups and hospitals need a custom timeline.

Is there a free trial?

No. Access is available only through paid monthly plans.

Which languages are available?

Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian.

Can the agent switch languages mid call?

Yes. Automatic language detection lets it change during the call.

Do the voices sound local?

They are tuned to local accents to create a natural patient experience.

How is Ovianta priced?

monthly subscriptions plans for clinics and anual subscription enterprise packages for clinic groups and hospitals.

Is there a long-term commitment?

How do I pay?

We process payments through Stripe and SEPA direct debit, providing full European banking guarantees and PCI-DSS security.

Which clinic systems does Ovianta support?

Native connectors for several leading Spanish ERP and clinic platforms are available. If you use a different ERP/HIS and have in-house technical capabilities, we will give your team API access so you can integrate directly. If your platform is not listed we will also work with you to integrate it.

Can I keep my current phone system?

Yes. AI voice agents connect to your PBX or cloud telephony through SIP or API.

Is Ovianta GDPR-compliant?

Fully compliant with GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD.

How is data protected?

Data is pseudonymised, encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored only in EU data centres.
